Powerful, cordless solutions for demanding concrete applications
DEWALT introduces the new FLEXVOLT 60V MAX* 2-Inch Brushless SDS MAX Combination Hammer (DCH773), the industry’s most powerful cordless 2” SDS MAX combination rotary hammer**, and the 20V MAX* 1-1/8-Inch SDS Plus D-Handle Rotary Hammer (DCH263).
The FLEXVOLT 60V MAX* 2-Inch Brushless SDS MAX Combination Hammer (DCH773) offers comprehensive protection features such as the E-Clutch system and SHOCKS Active Vibration Control technology. In addition to the integral clutch, the DEWALT anti-rotation E-Clutch system offers technology capable of detecting the motion of the tool in bind-up/stall situations. This feature senses the motion of the tool and shuts it down if necessary. This tool also features SHOCKS Active Vibration Control® technology from DEWALT which reduces vibration felt by the user.
The FLEXVOLT 60V MAX* 2-Inch Brushless SDS MAX Combination Hammer achieves 19.4 Joules*** and 290 RPM for fast and efficient drilling, even in hard concrete. The hammer offers a variable speed dial with 7 speed selections for controlled drilling and chipping as well as constant speed control that maintains RPM regardless of bit size or depth. This tool comes Tag Ready, so users and companies can attach the DEWALT Tag (sold separately) and track the tool’s location via the DEWALT Tool Connect mobile app. With its 60V MAX* brushless motor and a high-capacity 12.0Ah battery††, the FLEXVOLT 60V MAX* 2-Inch Brushless SDS MAX Combination Hammer achieves long runtime and power in demanding applications.
The 20V MAX* 1-1/8-Inch SDS Plus D-Handle Rotary Hammer (DCH263), delivers big performance and protection in a compact and lightweight package. This hammer achieves 3.0 Joules***, and 1,165 RPM. With its corded mechanism and constant speed control, it delivers high performance drilling and chipping.
It also features SHOCKS Active Vibration Control® technology.
The 20V MAX* 1-1/8-Inch SDS Plus D-Handle Rotary Hammer weighs 5.95 lbs. (tool only) and is only 15.89-in. long. It also features an efficient 20V MAX* brushless motor, runs off high-capacity 6.0Ah packs, and includes a work light to illuminate dark areas.
The hammer also is compatible with an enhanced onboard dust extractor (DWH205DH). This extractor is OSHA Table 1 Compliant and accepts up to 10-in. long drill bits. The DWH205DH features three nozzle heads for maximum dust collection during the application. The included nozzles are tuned for up to 1-in. diameter bits, all stop bits up to 1.5-in. shoulder and small diameter bits up to 1/2-in.
DEWALT offers 120 OSHA Table 1 Compliant† Solutions of drilling, cutting, and grinding tools, dust extractors, accessories, and shrouds intended to limit workers’ exposure to respirable crystalline silica. Each is part of the line of DEWALT PERFORM & PROTECT™ tools designed to provide a high level of one or more of the following: control, dust containment or low vibration, without sacrificing performance. For a list of the DEWALT PERFORM & PROTECT™ drilling and grinding solutions that adhere to OSHA rulings on protections for workers exposed to respirable silica dust, go to DEWALT.com.
