Bradley’s Navigator Tepid Water Skid Systems Supply Heated Water to Emergency Equipment

MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis. — Bradley Corp., industry-leading manufacturer of lead-free valves and tepid water delivery solutions, introduces its Navigator® Tepid Water Skid Systems. Using its reliable Navigator Thermostatic Mixing Valves, Bradley’s transportable Skid Systems provide a complete tepid water system for emergency showers and eyewash applications.

Designed to enhance flexibility as facility needs and locations change, Navigator Tepid Water Skid Systems provide a safe tepid water temperature with just a cold water connection and electrical connection.

Each skid system is equipped with a Navigator TMV, hot water storage tank with an immersion heater, expansion tank and electrical control panel. The system components are mounted on 12-gauge stainless steel bolted skid assembly with forklift slots for easy transportation.

Two skid system models are available, including NTS1 – designed for one combination shower/eyewash activation – and NTS2 – designed for two activations. Both models meet all requirements of ANSI/ISEA Z358.1 and ASSE 1071, as well as NEC/NFPA 70.

Bradley’s Tepid Water Delivery Systems come factory assembled and tested with all piping, check valves, ball valves and expansion tank.

Optional equipment for the Skid Systems includes a recirculation system, featuring a pump to continuously recirculate tepid water to all safety showers on-site. Pressure booster pumps are also available.
