Chicago Faucets Adds New Short Height Glass Filler, Expanding Line of Food Service Products

In an effort to give food service professionals more options for dependable products, Chicago Faucets announces the addition of a new short height glass filler to their food service product line.

The new single-hole, deck-mount glass filler, 714-ABCP, is designed for applications that require durable and convenient filling in restaurant and other food service settings. The 714-ABCP is made with the same attention to quality as all Chicago Faucets products and built using low-lead brass to meet state and federal laws for the reduction of lead in drinking water.

“We want to give our customers flexible options to equip their facilities,” says Greg Hunt, Commercial Product Manager at Chicago Faucets. “Adding a short height glass filler just made sense, especially for applications where space can be an issue. Now any space can be equipped with a glass filler.”

Based on the design of the very popular 712-ABCP glass filler, the 714-ABCP features a solid brass body and heavy-duty metal lever to withstand years of demanding use, while the rubberized coating is gentle enough to protect the finest stemware. The lever activates easily with low spring force and a solid feel. A lever clip enables continuous flow for filling glasses, small pitchers and other small containers.

As with all Chicago Faucets products, installation and maintenance is easy. A one-piece riser/shank includes a standard ½” NPSM thread. The deck flange threads onto the inlet shank for secure placement. All mounting hardware is included. An all-brass piston valve provides easy access for simple maintenance. A flow volume adjustment fine tunes flow for varying water pressures, and a dual screen outlet solidifies the water stream to reduce overspray while maintaining full flow.

All Chicago Faucets glass fillers are certified and meet current state laws for lead reduction in plumbing products, as well as the Federal lead reduction law.
